It's hard to believe that it has been a year since the lock downs, face mask mandates, etc. used to "fight" the COVID-19 pandemic were put into place. In fact, I came across the phone messages which I sent out on March 14, 2020 and March 21, 2020. (You can click on each date to listen to those phone messages.)
My purpose in this post is not to debate lock downs, face mask mandates, vaccines, etc. My purpose is to once again encourage our church family to come back to together - physically.
It is definitely possible that we are simply going to have to learn to live with COVID-19 much in the same way that we have learned to live with the common cold and the flu.
What we need to remember is the truth that God has given to us in Hebrews 10:24-25:
And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
As I pen this post, it is Saturday. I want to encourage each of you to give serious thought to physically gathering together with your church family tomorrow!
